For a striker to be a good header of the ball, he has to have strength and jump. The former is more neccesary.

The big guy Akifenwa does even jump high to score headed goals cos he is very strong to shrug off defenders to get to the ball.

Tammy is a weakling, that's why he couldn't shrug of any defender to connect to James' crosses.

In essence, Tammy needs to bulk up. He is already quite fleet footed, as shown by the skill he used to beat Dier at the edge of their box to win us a corner in the first half. He is also pretty fast for his size. He just needs to bulk up and improve his jump.

Someone like Giroud would've caused more trouble from those Reece crosses, especially two crosses he put in early in the second half.
