This video makes a lot of sense and it does capture the bulk of Naglesman’s attacking tactics. Do you see how high Davies and Gnabry when they are initiating attacks from the back? The whole idea is to overload the final third and box with offensive players. The only player who seems to stay wide to draw the full back and keep the attention of another CB is Gnabry.. I guess this explains why he has scored a lot of goals because he ends up breaking in into the box or shooting from outside.
