Their mentality especially when things aren't going their way is their undoing and the coaching staff is partly responsible for that, Martinez is too restrictive and he seems lost when it comes to motivation and encouragement.

What actually determines whether a player will excell in any team is the coach first and foremost before any other thing,secondly a player will excell in any team if his first touch is not found wanting. The defensive midfield position just like every other position requires that a player should be excellent at this two major things,which is your first touch and your IQ.Then when you have pass accuracy you become a complete package like the maestro himself Andrea pirlo. If first touch and IQ are to rated on a scale of 1- 10 in football,jorginho will score 6/10 first touch and 1/10 for IQ with Busquet scoring 8/10 and 9/10 accordingly. So I think Busquet also got everything to excell in any team.
