Am telling you that the reason why there won't be any English referee at the world cup is that Mark decided to step aside (he's gone to Saudi Arabia), while the other referees are too old for the tournament. Oliver (the younger referee) has not been promoted to the Elite Panel yet.

So, not entirely because of performance that no English referee is going to the world cup.
