Pls I need to know the criteria on how to obtain tax clearance for a company registered in.nov 2010 with 1million shares from FIRS.
Pls who know how much they charge as tax per anum? And if they require any documents like financial records before you are taxed?

It depends on certain factors such as

1. If you have carried out any form of business since it was incorporated

2. When exactly did you commence operations ( Incorporation doesn't mean you have commenced business )

3. Your Statement of Affairs and Financial records till date if any. [b][/b]and others.
