How many of you went to Public School as a new Student, that you have to go with a Chair and a Table? after you must have been given an Over size School Uniform.

as for me I did O. I went with a Double Decker Chair and a Table. Awesome experience. cheesy

And i won't forget the day a JSS 2 guy came to school very early in the Morning to steal my Unique Double Decker. lolz

My mom used to teach in a public primary school and I follow her to school though I wasnt a pupil then because "my hand couldnt touch my ears"

I went to a private Primary school but to a public secondary school. Do you guys still remember farm labour when you would cut grass on the field and the highligh were when we would see rabbit on the field and the whole school would end up chasing it

i attended a public school named Arc Bishop Aggey Memorial secondary school in Mushin (frm JSS 1-3), before dumping it for a well cultured school.
i remember going to school with broom, cutlass, cane (kpankere) with kokoro (a long hard snack), kulikuli, tanfili, choko milo and some coins in my pocket. cool cool cool cool

I almost converted to muslim cuz i attended M.S.S every friday (Reason: they close earlier than the Xtians) cuz i wanna go home and watch Tom and Jerry.
till now, i can still recite the fatia and perform the ablution very well. wink wink

the building was like an open space (i often pray for rain then, cuz when it falls, we would be allowed to go home, depending on the time it rained)
when i got to J.S.S 3 i learnt the inter-school wars, we used to stash weapons (lebe, cutlass, broken bottle, nails, and pen knife) in our ceiling. shocked shocked shocked
i never joined the fight as i always take my cover in the nearby mosque. cry cry cry

I attended my whole primary in a public school, one incident happened which i will never forget in a hurry. I was in pry. 4 then.It was closing day and we had gathered in our big hall expecting the HM to call out top positions for their gifts. it happened that i was bearing an exact name and surname with one boy in the same pri.4 with me. when it got to our class turn,to my surprise, The Headmaster called my name as the no. 1st position! Come seeo, i jump out with my elder sister seriously escorting and congratulating me. But the unfortunate thing t is that it is not my name the HM really mean, it was the other boy i'm bearing name with.so later on the gifts have to be transferred to him.I can;t really remember whether they compensated me.

It's hillarious mehn! I spent six good years at Oluwa mems, Tolu. The first time i resumed i had to adjust to life there, in my former school we speak pure English althrough, but right there i gotta start busting in pidgin so niggas no go think say i be burti, a certain day when i was in JSS1 a JSS 2 guy came to the football field to steal my Uniform 'omo me and my friends start searching for it, 2weeks later i saw it on his body, i called my friends we ambushed him then gave him the beating of his life'... Oops i could remember i steal some notebooks and text books when i can't afford it and still claim i'm the owner without being punished by the teacher, back then we call our teachers; "ES-SIR" short form of;"excuse me sir", and our principal is very fat like mad she only come to school twice a week.

I went to Lagos African church grammar school, was swindled by a jss2 student first day at school. we use to bribe our gatemen so we can eat bread and watery beans outside the school compound. During interhouse sport, we usually have mobile police and soldiers stationed at my school. Some of my mates sell bread after school hours. Our principal usually swears at students on the assembly, students and teachers always involved in fist fights.

Area boyz writes us threat letter once in a while to avenge their colleagues we dealt with outside the school compound. I first saw lebe and ifun pa at secondary school. You can't visit school 2 and 3 if you are a weakling. we get to wear trousers only in ss3. So many gay boyz. We had the born again students, we had the no future and ambition student, we had the upcoming artist like olori oko crew who eventually made it and the naija hip hop wannabes who haven't made it yet. The most popular grad ever from my school till date is still Hakeem Olajuwon. My secondary school days were rough and tough but it was all fun.

I remember that day. I just got admitted into this school as a transferred student (JSS 2), and had to come with my own chair (i think it was a double decker too). I got into the large school compound, very confused, so I just dropped my chair, sat on it and faced the school. The whole students that passed by me, knew immediately, that this (boy) was a jjc. I was just looking at the assembly ground till around 10:00am, even when the students had gone into their various classes. I really can't remember how I left that place that day!
