Goodluck I think is trying to forestall the looming protests that will most probably start in Lagos to kick against the FG's non prosecution of Fuel subsidy thieves. As the Save Nigeria Group has today placed Jonathan on 2 weeks notice of mass strikes if he does not take action against the Fuel subsidy thieves, Jonathan is trying to ask the "owners" of Lagos (Fashola, Tinubu and of course the Oba of Lagos) to prevent the forthcoming strike from going ahead.

If the strike goes ahead and Jonathan ONCE AGAIN sends his Zombie soldiers into Lagos to quell the peaceful protests then Goodluck will turn around to Fashola, Tinubu the Oba of Lagos and say at least he warned them before hand to stop the PEACEFUL protests from happening in Lagos.
