Is it possible for someone with OND Certificate that is gotten through Part-Time Studies to apply for DE (Direct Entry into the University) in order to obtain a Bachelor Degree? I am asking this because there has been alot of controversy and discrimination against Part-Time Studies. So, i don't really know the chances or possibility of someone gaining admission into the University with an OND from part-time studies. Please your kind response in this regard, is highly appreciated. |
