Our client, DPS (Bristol) Limited (and its subsidiary companies DPS Oil Services (Africa) Limited and DPS Oil Services (Nigeria) Limited), provide a world leading package to cutting edge process design and engineering solutions for the oil and gas industry. Due to continued business expansion and growth they now have a requirement for a Senior Project Engineer based in Nigeria. Responsible for planning, management and coordination of all activities in small to medium sized projects, from conception through to commissioning, you will have complete responsibility for a portion of a large project, reporting to the Project Manager and embrace and apply the Company’s Capital Stewardship, Operational Excellence and CPDEP processes and tools. You will have the ability to work independently and co-ordinate the efforts of all engineering disciplines, from purchasing, operations, construction management through to contractors. You will also be responsible for the co-ordination and compilation of bid and procurement packages. The successful applicant will possess a degree in Engineering and be experienced in engineering and project management activities, possessing a broad knowledge of oil and gas facilities and project management having worked in the oil field, petrochemical, or oil and gas industry for a minimum of five years.
