Go somewhere and meet a stranger, preferably an older person with nothing much to do. Then unleash all your issues on them and cry and wail. Then they will give you a hug (its always better when it comes from a stranger), and good advice. trust me you will feel so much better. And you know what? it doesnt cost a dime, your family members are not in your business doing "i told you so", and you will get the most objective advice. I dont support the use of medication for depression because they may come with their side effects. All you need really is love, care and attention. If its a more serious mental health issue with a hint of depression, then please see a psychiatrist.

Don't talk to any stranger oh! go see a psychiatrist doctor at yaba, Luth or any private hospital that offers specialist services. Open up to the Doctor, take your medication religiously. no miss one day! Go for therapy classes weekly. Depression will not go away into a couple of weeks. It takes time, you did not get depressed in one day either. Exercise will help but not cure.

first thing to do is to talk to your docor , let them counsel you or refer you to someone for counseling or a phsyciatrist. Search online for depression and its symptons and forums or other places for help. Start excercising and using ur thinking more of other things and activicties plus dont stay idle for a long time.

there are foods you can try, excersise, being in the sun. if it is sever you'll need antidepresants
