I, Isani ubayi (Passport Number: 1234567), who lives in No14 musa street Ijegun Egba,Satellite Town,Lagos. I am a young qualified and self employed Computer Engineer (computer repairer), my purpose of writing this letter is to inform you about vacation to south Africa of which I will be planning to move on the 18th of July 2013 and will be coming back in one (1) or two(2) weeks time due to my work schedule. I will be the one taking care of my living expenses and accommodation while on my vacation in south Africa.
I would be grateful for all courtesies extended to me in the Application for an Entry Clearance to the Republic of South Africa and I solemnly swear & promise not to over stay in the republic, I will be returning to my back to Lagos, Nigeria even before valid permit expires.

collinsfbi: For those who have one question or the other about Vaccination card, the images below show how authentic vaccination card issued by the Port Health Authority looks like.
Your card must be of international health regulations standard from(2005 and above)
Must contain date, stamp and signature of professional status of vaccinator
Must contain manufacturer and batch no of vaccine with official stamp of approved vaccination centre

Pls i am trying to book for my Flight Ticket(South Africa Airways). I was planning to book a return ticket for about 300days since i cant book a return ticket for more than a year. My plan was to extend the ticket when the return date is close by, BUT i someone just told me that the return date can't be extended and selling the ticket in south africa may not be easy or possible....

Please whats the best solution in this scenario....My Study permit is up to 2yrs and i am not planning on coming back till then.
