I have been trying to get the emergency response numbers for lagos state and the lagos state site had refused to open, a consequent google search returned "Lagos Statewww.lagosstate.gov.ng/ - CachedSimilar You +1'd this publicly. Undo You Got Hacked By Oussama Hack Boy. Greetz To: Algerien HAcker." Attached is the screen shot of the google returned page showing that it had been hacked.
