First and foremost, the club is yet to issue a statement to Validate this supposed appointment, until then this might be pure Bullsh#t.
But if he is indeed the manager, I would support him but I hope the owners are prepared to back him all the way with Time and Money.

i expected better from liverpool. the swansea guy may be good, but he's not the appropriate choice for a team that is serious about being a strong contender in a premiership that has gotten even tougher.

we should have conteseted for guodiola, some sound italian or dutch coach. with high level experience. or even let lius van gaal run the show. i get this feeling i had last year when i heard liverpool spent millions recruiting henderson, downing, shelvey et al.

Liverpool doesn't stand a ghost of a chance to sign Guardiola, but then managers like Louis Van Gaal, Fabio Capello and a host of other available tested and trusted top class managers would have been superb, and would have given the club a real boost. In an era where the likes of Chelsea, Man City and Man United have raised the bar, it is laughable that 'a whole' Liverpool would be groping in the dark and fooling around without vision, purpose or ambition. I think the club needs a new owner/board.
