Beaf: The University of Lagos Act is from 1967. I do not see its use in any law court; uni's are now regulated by the National Universities Commission.
The Unilag act is just clutching at straws, several new and abolished constitutions later, several overthrown govts, as well as a war.

My guess was solely based on the interpretation of section 16 sighted by Afe Babalola. Its quite easy to broadly interpret that section, sir. My guess was not based on the personalities of potential defendants.
