Helo NLs,i nd ur advice on dis isue affectn my family right now;my family is facin some financial crises n d only way out of it as said by my fada is 2 sell his landed property,my mum is strongly against it but my fada sees it as d only alternative,he's into automobile bussines but money is nt flowin in dis season.he asked abt my view on dis isue 2nite on fone as he is nt in d Nig presently n i told him i wuld reply 2morow,so pls post in ur views should he sel his property or waits til he sels d goods.

CAPITAL NO!!! Selling his property wuldnt solve d problem at all. He shuld just wait till he sells his goods or raise money tru oda means. Tnk God ur mum isnt in support as well.u all need to convince him is not okay to sell ones property or get an elder in d family to talk to him.

@ post, if I may ask: wht he wnts d money 4, can't it wait 4 som tm? If it can, den he shud b patnt n sel his guds but if not, den, he can sel d landed proptis if dere r no oda altanativs.
