^^^I think Nigerians have 'remixed' Jollof rice, and created their own version from the original version.

I know Ghanaians and other West African countries cook theirs with basmalti rice - but we cook ours with easy grain rice...

So, the 'new' Jollof is as Nigerian as Wolof - that's just my personal opinion.
