I am in Lagos for a couple months and i’m just wondering if anyone can advise on a good centre to learn either Android / iOS development.

I’m well aware of courses on Udemy, Coursera, YouTube and a bunch of other sites but due to living arrangements and electricity problems I won’t be able to achieve the level of focus, drive and commitment I require with self study.

When re applying, do I need to use that particular date for statement of account used for applying the first time?

When reapplying it would be advisable to get a new statement of account that is current as at the time of the new application. Preferably showing 4-6 months account history and gotten a week/two before your reapplication.
