@ all, my small cousin said he did not find his luggage with Ethiopian airline when he got to Toronto. Am sure they did not load it when they were on transit in Adiss-ababa and the most annoying thing is that the guy did not tell us when he called us that he has arrived Perason airport toronto 2 days ago. He just called us now and he is alraedy in Memorial University in St.John's city, newfoundland which is 3 hours flight from Tonronto. I tire for the guy oh. 1992 no be small pikin na. Even though he does not have travel experience.
Pls guys profer a solution cos I dont just know what to do or where to start..

....Sorry to hear of ur cousin's wahala....he will have to call the Ethopian airline to track his luggage....he may still have it sent to him, but if they cant find it....bros, I sorry ooo....he might just be given $100 or there about, unless he has insurance....which I doubt he has .....BTW....this can happen with any airline oooo.....

hello forumites,i'm yet to get my trv..its 5weeks and somedays now since my medicals..do i defer?though i emailed embassy and i was told my application is still waiting for visa officer's decision.

Winterpeg is lovely with the snow covering the frontal part houses. The temperature is fluctuating between -12 and -28. I am yet to get but I have gotten someone to pair up with and will soon get one. I will send you my email on your gmail account.

I think d documents are basic as stated in d checklist in d application forms. But I think wat I did extra was to write a two page personal statement of intent clearly outlining my mission as to y I chose my program and how its gonna impact on my present job experience. For home ties, I submitted 2 land documents valued at over 6m.
Also submitted were letter of employment, payslips for 3 months.police report, cv, toefl result, waec result, degree certificate and transcripts. Plus 6months bank statement.

I remember spending a couple of days on my personal statement writeup. Two fellows had to proofread it before I submitted.

It depends on you; are you planning staying over in Toronto for some while? If it is possible, book everything from Nigeria. May Allah make it easy. Journey mercies.
