1. Buyer & Seller sign SPA; Buyer returns SPA and instructs his Bank to write a Letter on   behalf of the Buyer to the Seller or it’s, designated company, that they are about placing Instrument/BG FOR 50%  of the total cost of the product.


2.Upon confirmation letter/instrument, Seller allows Super Cargo and Inspectors to board and inspect the cargo and seller’s vessel issues NOR to buyers designated tank farm.

3.Buyer pays by swift transfer 50% of the cost of the product into sellers/agents designated accounts.

4.Vessel sails to Buyer’s designated tank farm.

5.Upon arrival at Buyer’s designated tank farm and long siding beside tank farm for discharge, Buyer’s BG crystallizes into cash.

6.Upon confirmation of payment instrument, Seller discharges the product into Buyer’s tank farm;
