It is different from first interview... Documentation stage involves submitting photocopies of credentials, showing ur originals and then writing a one page essay on any contemporary national or international issue.

U don't need to worry urself... The second interview is a one on one interview... U'll still be asked questions on ur documentation/write up... Other likely questions may include;
- why should we hire u?
- what is ur greatest non academic achievement
- have ever set a goal that u were not able 2 achieve?
- what are ur long term goals?
- how will u take if we don't hire u?
- do u have any question?

Hi everyone. I've read thru this thread and its been immensely helpful. God bless y'all. Pls, I just want to knw hw long the whole recruitmt process lasts cos v bn hearin contradctin statements. I did my test 2 mnths ago n I'v bn invited 4 documentatn. Can the whole process take 6months or more Thanks.

i did my documentation today. it was nice. i just pray i scale through and perform wonderfully well.
they are strict about documents though. make sure u have your waec, birth certificate, nysc, university degree intact. its just for sighting though.
