1.) Oracle Functional Consultants

Requirements
o Senior functional HRMS consultants with strong skills in Oracle Payroll & Fast Formula, Oracle Advanced
o Senior Functional Consultants with AP, PO, INV and FA
o Senior Functional Consultants for Project Consulting and Project Management

o Senior Functional Consultants with GL, PSB, AR and Hyperion
Further Requirements
o At least 5 years or 5 Life Cycle Oracle implementation experience
o Expert level functional experience in their specific areas
o Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
o Bilingual skills (Eng & French) is a huge advantage especially for the HRMS consultants
Responsibilities
o Discovering, assessing and documenting business requirements
o Mapping business requirements to oracle solutions
o Preparing end user training materials
o Enhancing knowledge transfer to subject matter experts
o Testing configured solutions
o Preparing solution design documents
o Preparing process documents.

2.) Oracle Utilities / Database Development (PL / SQL Programmers)

Requirements
o Minimum of 2 years working in an Oracle environment. The following will be an added advantage:
o Experience in Software development projects on UNIX and Windows Environments
o Experience in using Oracle Reports and Oracle BI Publisher
o Proficiency in application development using Oracle JDeveloper and/or Oracle Forms
o Proficiency in database development: Oracle 10g/11g

3. ) Web Application Developers / Programmers (Java Programmers)

Requirements
o Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience working on a development project. The following requirements will be an added advantage
o Experience in application development using JAVA and Oracle PL/SQL
o Hands on experience in application development using JSF/JSP and/or Oracle ADF
o Proficiency in database development: Oracle 10g/11g
o Experience in Software development project UNIX and Windows Environments
o Experience in application development using J2EE, JFC/SWING, EJB 2.0, JDBC, Servlets

o Thorough knowledge with J2EE application platform configuration and performance optimization.

4.) Web Application Developers

Requirements
o Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience working on a web development project. The following requirements will be an added advantage.
o Proficiency in database development: oracle 10g/11g.
o Experience in Software development projects on UNIX and Windows Environments.
o Experience in application development using PHP 5 and Oracle PL/SQL
o Hands on experience in application development using JSF/JSP and/or Oracle ADF
