1.Buyer signs and returns SPA to the seller.
2.Seller will make available copies of full proof of products.
3.On confirmation,
buyer's bank contacts seller's bank and establish communication with seller's bank with information supplied by the seller.
4.Having been satisfied with the above,buyer's bank issues cash backed bank guarantee in favor of the seller to seller's bank and forward ATB FORMAT with SUPERCARGO DETAILS to seller.
5.Seller sails vessel to designated point/port of discharge of buyer.
6.Seller issues marine ATB to enable buyer board vessel for Q&Q.
7.After discharge,buyer shall pay by swift into seller/agents/facilitators nominated accounts.
