Cancerlib , i have tried all three and presently, my lo who wl be five months soon is taking all three cereals. i give her one cow n gate or heinz food(those ones inside a short round bottle) to take to the creche while i also put either of the cereals in her bag too. i bought a mix of all three but the only thing i have notcied is that heinz and cow and gate cereal are sweeter than gerber cereal hence they do not need as much milk as gerber, infact if u dont add milk self, its gud to go provided your LO isnt choosy. il send you a pics of the various types i have wen i get home.
Okay tnx ma

Mamas, pls can my 8month old baby take Ribena? He always wants to drink juice with us and i don't want to give him processed juice.
I will advice smoothies instead. Buy fruits and blend it. It's a lot healthier and you know for sure what's in it

In my experience, Dr Brown is not good. #personalExperience
I use Huggies and once in a while Pampers.
Why? I have been using it for my daughter and her skin is very smooth.

Even a new graduate doctor knows that a sensitivity test has to be done in cases like this, so as to get the right treatment. I remember the doctor gave me Zinnat. The first one didnt work cos I didnt store the antibiotic properly....I was given another, and it worked.

When you get to the hospital....tell them you want them to do an ear swab. What you sescribed is not as serious as seeing an eNT yet. Referral to a specialist is only done after the appropriate medications have been given.

Also, store the antibiotic you are given in a fridge, and give the adequate dosage.

Use cotton bud dipped in a little vaseline to block the ears when bathing.

Did you get the pneumococcal vaccine? My son had it at 2 weeks as I said, and all the info on the internet pointed towards him having recurring issues because his started so young. But that was the only time he had it....and I feel it might be because he got the full dose of the vaccine.

Thanks,He took all his vaccines to date,I think why we were referred 2 ENT is cos we've been given 3 diff types of drugs nd it keeps comin bac or cos d 2 ears are infectd,nd yes I store well nd giv d correct dosages.also there is improvement now since u suggestd I cover d ears while bathin him,he doesn't feel d pain lk he usd 2.am grateful 4 d help.pls I need ur advice on smthin o;my 1st child has k leg nd it bothers us a lot,he ws given calcium at 2 yrs 4 three mnths nd its stil there.wen we complained at d hosp last week we were askd 2 com on thursday 2 see d orthopedic surgeon bt pple keep tellin me it wil straighten wen he grows(as I also had it as a toddler nd it straightened)wt do u think?

Was he given Vitamin D alongside the Calcium? Cos the main reason these bone malformations happen is because of lack of Vit D to help absorb the Calcium. That's why Cod Liver Oil is very good in toddlers.

But in this your case, I would adviae you go ahead with seeing the Ortho Doctor. Pls dont listen to anyone saying it will straighten on its own at this age. Get a professional to look at things cos it just might not turn out like yours did.

If you can starta fresh course of antibiotics, after doing a sensitivity test and blocking the ears while bathing, there is a chance that might just work.

I ws told nt 2 gv breast milk while pregnant though I dnt knw d implication bt pls ask ur doc.if u use a gud milk sha.abt d career hunnnnnnnn,I had plans too as I gt married immediately after my youth service bt God proposes nd God disposes.d 2nd is 18 mnths nw nd startin skul in sept so I cn go ahead wit ma plans, dnt worry b4 u knw it d child will be born nd grow fast so u cn go ahead.its a sacrifice

I don't know if someone has answered you or you have been able to see a specialist. is it possible that an object entered or was inserted in his ears n u didn't know? most times its tiny objects including stone. d antibiotics will only work for a while.unless the object is removed it will keep getting reinfected. your ent doctor can help you check.

I wish your boy quick recovery

Thanks ma,jst 1 person responded,I guessd so too bt is it possible 4 something 2 enter d 2 ears?am jst hopin it heals once nd 4 all ds tim.we ar stil on d medication nd its improving
