Then, mamas can one pump breast and store till December? Light being a non-issue?
Just feel like pumping breast now against when I will resume work..
Don't know if d idea is crazy undecided

For a deep freezer with constant light. You should be able to store for 3 months

I think that just means he's blowing raspberries. Which means he'll be a good swimmer if you start himnat 3 months.

Yes, you read that age right, 3 months old babies who can swim underwater grin

Swim. Check on Youtube, there are lots of videos. At that age, they are still very comfortable being suspended in liquids/water. My friend used to teach a class to 4 to 6 months old babies abroad at her church. If I knew how to post video. At Ikoyi club, you can take the baby in, but they won't start swimming lessons till 12 months.

Imagine getting up to 180mls from both breast and in the next three hours get 60 in the next three hours gets lower than that. That was what my lack of sleep caused. It works with the brain.

2. Worry or over anxious causes my milk production to reduce
3. When am not happy, the milk will reduce
4. When somethin is not right with my body
I have come to study myself becos, I was at a point disappointed with myself along the way due to lack of production. And no amount of over feeding can bring the milk even include taking heavy quantity of pap.
So please relax try and watch something to distract your self, like rofemigwue said she is on nairaland when pumping cos if you are with your baby, his cry may affect your production, try pumping when baby is sleeping also. Be happy and you will see the abundant

Lastly,I try and pump like 30minutes to 1 hour after eating, cos the food will be digesting and goes to my blood system, hence the nutrient to produce is ready available.

Please you are not a failure, just came out of my reading mode to type this. Sorry for the epistle.
#TEAMAUGUST#
Others have done it and succeeded and you too can.thanks
Thanks Sis. ..God bless

iomoge2, PresVA and other mamas, that witch hazel thing will really help. Ingredients are:

Witch-Hazel (alcohol-free)
Aloe Vera gel
(optional) Lavender essential oil
cold water
Mix it and put it in a squirt bottle (see pic below). I've seen them sold with Salon supply people in lagos island or apparently you can check Gbadebo street, Ojota. Spray liberally. Epsom salt is sold in pharmacies (the mall pharmacies have them). MamaOO can explain how she used them.

I only did sitz bath because people mentioned it and I used to use it to hide and sleep in the bathtub cheesy. But sitz baths do work still and more affordable and accessible.
where can one get these squirt bottles pls? I haven't seen them around

If you cant find, You can use a normal bottle with a plastic cover. and poke a hole or 2 in the cover with a hot nail or metal skewer

Either in Balogun where they sell Salon supply things or like Alphahandmaiden said, poke a hole through the cover of a regular plastic bottle

Does it not drive you crazy you get all that free stuff yet in Nigeria, you will buy even Omo and Imperial Leather soap to carry to bathe your newborn?? I mean, we don't deserve to be called a good country. I wanted to organise a free charity care package for new mums in GHs but abeg I can't even try it.

Hmm but it's not free nah.

You'v paid for it under the 'package'. Even the most expensive hospital like Reddington and George's is still cheaper relatively
