Can't precisely recommend any, but whichever milk you give your child should be full and not filled cream. It's not a function of price, three crown is expensive but it's filled. Blue boat relatively cheap is full. Dano has both filled and full. Loya is full, peak is full. Cowbell is filled.

Filled means animal fat was taken out and replaced with vegetable fat. It's healthy for those watching their cholesterol.

Golden Morn states on its packet that it is not an infant cereal. So maybe wait on that and try pap and Cerelac and Gerber (they have their ages written on them).

Rice, wheat, oats are different flavors, both cerelac and gerber have these flavors and more. You introduce with a single flavor, e.g. Rice, to make sure child is not allergic. Give that flavor fur three days before introducing a new one.

People usually buy different flavors so the child does not get bored with only one taste.

Apart from cerelac and gerber you may see other brands in store like nutrimom, frisobabe etc.

Always check the age to be sure it's suitable for your child. Also confirm if you need to add milk or not. My advise has finished, please ignore the next paragraphs.

Garri is ground and fried cassava. Which I don't know if anyone uses as a cereal. But as it is now, it's probably not so nutritious. If Nigerian Society of Nutrition and our Health bodies were serious, they'd at least look at it and see if it can be enriched like Rice cereals. Oh well...
