YOBE STATE POLYTECHNIC ATTACKED, DEPARTMENTAL BUILDINGS BURNT.

Unknown gunmen has reportedly attacked the Yobe state Polytechnic.

The gunmen were believed to be initially targetting a police station within the area, but how they managed to end up in the Institution premises remains unknown.

A departmental building belonging to the Estate management class was also burnt down.

16,000 CANDIDATES sit for AAU ekpoma post-utme:

Sources around the University and records from corresponding banks suggests that a total of about 16,000 candidates have successfully registered for the AAUE post-utme to be held in 48 hours time.
