@Itayorealman, The deadline is September 15,2013 according to the website official release, but i am sure it will be extended beyond that date, . i would rather advise you to start the application process now because of network issues.

The deadline is actually 30th september.thats what i saw when i was applying

For those who feel they can't meet the deadline.
The deadline currently scheduled for 15th/30th Sept (subject to extension) only affects online phase of the registration. Every other like referees' assessment, transcript, and supporting docs may have a chance of extension of a month if not more. So maximise it all. Good luck

To those affected, inform your referees to kindly try the links sent to them for recommendation again. The error has now been fixed, atleast from my own end here and other applicant I knw.

oh! yes, Oau is running postgraduate programme on heamatology and immunology but i am not sure of epidemics and statistics(medical)
