It appears churches are silent on the existence of ghost. Christians believe in 2 aftermath of the death-HELL OR HEAVEN. Hence there is no room for the role of ghost. However the bible gives clues for possible existence of ghost.first is the old testament when Saul summoned the GHOST of samuel.The ghost spoke to saul. In the new testament, the people had believed John the baptist had the ghost of Elijah. When Jesus appeared to the disciples, they thought he was a ghost.Jesus could have told them that ghost doesnt exist.instead he ate a meal to tell them he was not a ghost. Can i then conclude that ghost exist? If yes, what is their role? Are they from hell or heaven?or are they from the catholic PURGATORY? Why dont their soul rest somewhere? I AM CONFUSED |
