is it a credit or debit card?

I think this asking about credit or debit dont understand the differences here, whether credit or debit the important thing is that, you are able to pay for virtually anything online

It's just like graphcard i guess. You see Nigerians cannot be given creditcards abroad cos it is not a simply business, your credit report as Nigerians will simply not be a thing to overlook.
