While trying to add a new API, I keep getting this error

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

In other to go around it, I tried adding my API via PHP MY ADMIN via Cpanel. The New API Showed up as connected and I can view my Sms balance in my Providers Account, but there is a new problem now, I can't send out messages. I keep getting the following error message
