GlOBACOM Telecommunication Nigeria has sent out apology texts to its customers and data plan subscribers to apologise for the incidence that kept their esteemed customers offline for days. I just got mine and it reads "Number: Glo Content: Dear Cust, we are pleased to announce a 6day validity extension on your BB/Data Internet Service. We thank you for your loyalty whilst striving to restore full service. Glo Time: 7/12/2012 2:17:05 PM". This is clear indication of how a good telecommunication network should be and not that arrogant MTN or what ever they call themselves. |
