start by going to cfa institute website to know what the cfa  designation is all about. If you wanna write june u better hustle  cos time is running out.

Thanks for the reply. Already done that having read a good number of the already posted CFA comments. My problem now is 'how do i start preparing?' Want to start in earnest but honestly don't know how.

1. Get an approved calculator
2. Register for the exam (you will receive 6 volume curriculum)
3. Obtain review notes and videos (schweser or stalla)
4. Obtain question Bank (schweser or stalla)
5. Design a practical study schedule (about 20-30 hours a week)
6. Start reading (some prefer reading the review notes while using the curriculum as reference, it could work if you have a finance background but if you dont u may want to read the curriculum before reading the notes)
7 Solve a lot ( I mean a LOT) of questions
8. Pray a lot too!
9. Repeat 6-9 as many times as you can before exam day.

that a rough outline, each person has their style so you may adapt.

Hello Madam Tolu, like your posts. Really helpful. I have the 2009 kaplan's level 1 note.

My friend this is a serious thread and we don't entertain comedy or people who trivialize serious matters, Nland is for all but u must respect simple rules of decorum and proper conduct . There is no reason to believe this outrageous and ridiculous allegation. The least you can do if this is true is to post a link to CFA website. If you don't have that kind of evidence then make urself scarce. If you want to clown around then show some maturity and start a clownish thread on the jokes section and stop bothering us pls. We are serious people here.

i just went to their site, logged in and all, did a search on Ghana, no news. elowa ur kidding right! if na joke stop am!

I don't think it's a joke y'all, up to 4ppl in my office got an email to that effect yest, ogbeni jingles I think u shld apologize to elowa over d strong attack as well, cos from all indications the dude is right
