Settlement Or Work Visa? by philoe: 9:06pm On Jul 16, 2012
I have a little problem here and wonder if any pros can offer a solution.

I am a member of the British armed forces and a Nigerian/British citizen. I intend to invite my new wife (Brand New smiley) from Nigeria to join me here in the UK. Problem is, the family of British citizens and settled persons visa application fees are outrageous! £826. Can I apply for the work category visa as it is much cheaper?

Any helpful imputes will be greatly appreciated.
