I have a little problem here and wonder if any pros can offer a solution. I am a member of the British armed forces and a Nigerian/British citizen. I intend to invite my new wife (Brand New  ) from Nigeria to join me here in the UK. Problem is, the family of British citizens and settled persons visa application fees are outrageous! £826. Can I apply for the work category visa as it is much cheaper?Any helpful imputes will be greatly appreciated. |
