Hello UI Nairaland peeps. Dese are some of d important documents needed for the clearance process:
(1) Certificate of Origin
(2) Sworn Declaration of Age
(3) 2 letters of recommendations 4rm 2 reputable persons to be directed 2 d Registra
(4) Original and Photocopies of ur O'level(WASSCE, GCE, NECO)
(5) Original and Photocopies of ur Jamb coloured result print out
(6) Jamb Admission letter (Original and Duplicate)
(7) Up to 10 recent Passport photographs
( Letter of Personal Undertaking for Provisional Admission
(9) Bank Tellers confirming d payments of 2000 post Jamb form nd 10,000 acceptance fee
(10) Letter of Invitation for Post UTME
According 2 last year, everyone of dese documents are important, as UI will not screen u without dem. Goodluck

Deferment of admision: A candidate who 4 any reason is unable 2 participate in d clearance xercise 4 a sesion in wich he/she is admitd at d stipulatd tym bt is interestd in taking d ofer at d nxt academic sesion,shuld wryt formaly 2 d admisions ofice,however u shuld note dat a. Deferment isn't automatic. U mst av bin found prima-facie qualified nd cleard by d admisions ofice. b. Provisional offer of admision lapses afta 1 sesion, if nt taken up. More 2 come

2. Change of name by students: The senate in its meeting of 25,April 1983 adopted d resolutions in respect 2 d procedur 4 change of names by students in d university. a. All students shuld graduate with the names by wich they were admitd 2 d uni. b. Dat only female students as a result of change in marital status,with aceptabl documentary proof,b alowd 2 change deir names. c That 4 d avoidanc of doubt,no change of name by any male student wil b recognised by d university. All enquiries on procedures 4 change of name can b obtaind 4rm d Academic Affairs Division.

ui is very strict wen it comes to double matric bt u can do it wisely.u'll nid to write anoda O.level exam if u want to enter 4 anoda course in ui.u dont nid to change ur names.no 2students wit dsame exam numba in their o.level results.they myt hav dsame centre numba,dsame name,dsame year bt nt dsame seat numba and dats wot ui is usin to detect ppl with double admissn.it myt be wrong o bt dats wot ayodeji752 told me last year so confirm it b4 u make any move
