We did interview2 2day at MTN office motari oshodi.
Omo e no easy Bt God dey sha.
I nid answa 2 dis question. A heavy spender kalls u complainin he cant recharge no more, note he blows 5k in recharge cards per day, so u set up an appointment 4 2pm d next day, unfortunately he doesnt show up whose loss is it? Yours or his? And y?

Titan or whatever they are called is definately fake.
My husband works with MTN. They recruit themselves not through agents.
They don't advertise Customer Care jobs. It is done internally.
First interview is through phone, then test on typing skills, speed and accuracy.
If you pass that, you are interview same day. If you scale through, final interview by Exec.
Tests and interviews are done at their office in apapa, Lekki or GOP.

Don't mind that girl jare,u don't ve enuf knowledge of what u r saying. Let me give more clearity to this whole thing.. MTN recruit call Center Agent tru d process of phone call first than,computer typing test and later interviews,and this recruitments are done mostly internal or tru their call center agency company like cnssl or memcos,but memcos is no longer wit MTN... So the customer service officers Titan is recruiting are for MTN partnership stores which u see all over painted fully with MTN colour and logo... These stores are not majorly owned by MTN but just a partner,so different recruitment agent handle the recruitment for different stores at different locations...So MTN must also have a say and interview anyone dat will handlle their products enquiries dats why MTN staffs were involved in the 2nd interview stage at their office in Matori.. Titan is not fake o... Hope this help....

I attended a test @lasu epe in july conducted by northgate and we were told its for mtn customer care representatives,few weeks latr I saw this thread n am wondering how many recruitmnt companies did mtn engage for this recruitmnt.I havnt heard anything abt d northgate test that over 2000 candidate travelled down to epe for.its so annoying.

People are mixing recruitments together maybe because they ve done a lot of tests and interviews without any feedback from the company or recruiting agancies.LOLzzz... Northgate test that was done at Epe was just a speculation that they are recruiting for MTN,nobody is sure or certain who they r recruiting for except dey themselves,some pple are sayin it is anyother branch of CNSSL coy dat recruit 4 MTN call center agent because they saw some of their staffs at the venue but dat doesn't automatically mean they r recruiting for MTN though we knew the post is Customer Care... Then the test done with Titan is different and it is for customer service representative in MTN Partners store at Ketu and they did not collect any money.

Anyroads ma interview went splendid by all standards, dey expect successful candidates 2 start by august ending. So nw its a waitin game +wish mi luck+
