I'm suggesting a system of government were democratically elected governors of each state would be sent to another state (using an open and televised ballot system)of the federation to serve for a period of 4 years. e.g Governor Oshiomole of Lagos state, His excellency, Gov. Babatunde Raji Fashola of Taraba state. This system of government as we all know will deliver a rapid development, growth, anti-godfatherism, all round development in all local governments thereby fighting against favouritism, anarchism, corruption, diplomatic isolation, and a biased government.
