A. ENTRY LEVEL VACANCIES:
- TELLERS (Ref. TEL): Minimum lower Credit in Ordinary National Diploma / Good Customer Service or relationship management skills.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS (Ref. CSO): Minimum 2nd Class Lower degree or Upper Credit HND / Good Customer Service or relationship management skills.
- FUNDS TRANSFER OFFICERS (Ref. FT): Minimum 2nd Class Lower degree or Upper Credit HND in a numeric field / Good understanding of banking operations procedure and products (Domestic & International Operations) / Good accounting knowledge / Good transaction processing & documentation, Good communication (oral & written) / Financial analysis or interpretation.

B. EXPERIENCED HIRE VACANCIES:
- CASH OFFICERS (Ref. CO): Minimum 2nd Class Lower degree or Upper Credit HND / 1-3 years branch operations experience / Good knowledge of accounting / Good customer service or relationship management / Good transaction processing skills / Supervisory skills.
- RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS (Ref. RO); Minimum of 2nd Class Lower degree or Upper Credit HND / 1-2 years post NYSC experience in sales or marketing in a target-driven and successful commercial bank, insurance firm, etc / marketing and selling skills / Good oral and written communication skills / Good credit skills / Excellent analytical skills.
