the Abia youths has never had it so good since the creation of the state. For the 1st time, the government is extending youth empowerment scheme to the nooks and crannies of the state, some are engaged in D numerous skill acquisition agencies established by D Ochendo administration while others are paid monthly stipends to facilitate their training in their chosen fields. This programme is spread equally in D 17 local govts of D state,irrespective of party affiliations. |
