Youngzedd: COVID-19 kind of dump in 2025.
Buy the dip. The problem is knowing when the dip has reached the "dippest" of the dips. Moreso, money no too dey readily available to buy the dips.

Raider76: I appreciate you for referring to me as an elder. I believe that is usually a sign of respect in African societies. However, this is one elder that believes in the notion that one never stops learning. I came up as a physical scientist, where I used lots of graphical correlations to analyze data. This naturally led me to take up trading using TA rather than FA when I ventured into stocks. I did some accounting in my MBA, but it wasn't one of my favorite subjects. Well, recently I suddenly came to have a lot of spare time, so I thought I could learn some FA. That's the reason for my "lazyman's" dumb questions to Oga Emma. I beg those here that command infinite knowledge on everything to be patient with me. Biko Sir ositadima1, we have here a very good candidate for your free intensive crash course on financial trends analysis using Python. Bless this thread through him. |

Do you want to be spoon-fed like a toddler? Is that what you want? If you can't find all five years in a single financial report, what stops you from downloading the other years and collating the data?
That’s why Buffett was very selective about the people he had lunch discussions with—by requesting, was it $100K or something?—to weed out people who ask questions like you, my friendo. Bros, easy oohh. Mr Raider na elder here oh. Maybe old age no dey allow go through the whole annual financial report so his reason for asking. |

Nigerian women are like activists in marriage. They act like media figures - VeryDarkMan, Deji Adeyanju and Omoyele Sowore. They are always fighting for something. Their propensity for fomenting trouble needs to be studied by clinical psychologists.
As the Zim women are moving into Nigerian homes in marriage, the Nigerian women are heading to prayer grounds like NSPPD, Shiloh and Hallelujah challenge for spiritual intervention.

yok: I AM HAPPY I BELONG TO THIS FORUM I have a testimony that this forum has renewed my hope in investing. I own some shares in Nigeria stock exchange. However, since I discover this forum, especially in the few months. What I will say is a big thank you to the founder of this forum, and our GO (I am sure will all know as "OAKPEAL", he is a great guy).
My main testimony is that, without adding a penny to my wallet, I now collect dividend on weekly basis, and the end of each month I equally collect dividends, although the amount is not huge , but I am happy, which Nigeria stock can deliver 50% dividend yield? Non and how many Nigeria stock can deliver like 25% gain in a matter of two weeks on re-occurring basis, NON .
I don't like long story. I stop here. Also, those that have tested our Caucus have seen what we are enjoying. We will not blow our Trumpet, Did I say "Trump" et, this relates to my last message about 30 minutes ago. Some stock are going to blow Trump"et" this week and our Caucus member are properly positioned and we will continue to position ourselves for this.
Let us all enjoy ourselves in this forum!!! You are doing well Sire! |

I reached you via WhatsApp not no show.
Is AGNC the REIT you were referring to in the NSE thread that pays monthly dividend? Didn't get your message on WhatsApp. AGNC is one of them. I also have O, CLDT, and NRO I have GEO but this one is more of a growth REIT than dividend REIT. I got GEO at less than $6. |

That is why any real estate investment opportunity marketed by Nigerians abroad for home based Nigerians should be properly scrutinized.
