emmanuelewumi: The outstanding shares of Stanbic IBTC is about 12 billion, while that of GTB and Zenith is over 30 billion
Then you consider free float, Stanbic IBTC Bank has one of the lowest free float in the banking sector in terms of percentage Thank you Pa Ewumi. I am fully aware of the outstanding shares and free float of the banking sector. Was only been selfish and thinking that the current bull run will neglect those and move prices of both Zenith and GTCO a little close to Stanbic. |

locodemy: I am happy that 90 % of people here are traders. In this market,it's the traders that make stocks liquid not investors.Note this.
Those long term investors like pa Emma that buys their best valuable stocks go to sleep even for 10 years, they will hold a particular stock just to collect dividend. If not traders who will move your zenith from 18 to 31.Will you tell me it's long term investors that make it happen.
As a trader when I sell a stock at high price, the next is to fight for a pullback in order to trade same stock again which might take it to another high.
Pa Emma and street investor, you need to apologize for this.
The bone of contention is one Megamart quoted me , he said billionaires don't make noise.Instead of you capitalizing on that statement, you began to talk about kobo stocks and insurance stocks.
One thing I know is this same kobo stocks will still spring surprises at NSE till Christ comes.
Imagine Japaul oil that has been making losses for ages decided to change their business patern, and even changed their name in order to produce a better result. For the past 3 quarters now, Japaul has been doing well in results.I sighted the improved earnings and profits and alerted our members here about what I noticed.i didn't hide it as I did in Tripplesea. Those who saw what I discovered took position and now making profits and you are wondering why.
Same turnaround in chams, unity bank, Ftn cocoa and other kobo stocks that are ralling now.Do you want their share price to remain at car park you wicked men?
One thing God will do because of your wickedness is I will sell my stocks at good profits and still invest in other future stocks that will improve in results.I am right now sighting International Breweries as one of them but none of you have opposed me now until it begins to move.It will happen in you people eyes how I will make 400% in that stock and by then greediness must have killed you guys who kept the good things in your pocket because of your selfish interest.
Loco will continue to mention stocks here and in your very eyes, they will work for us.It is only the greedy ones that can be trapped in chams, Japaul, unity bank, Ftn cocoa etc.Have they all not returned 100% to shareholders. If they pull back for another entry, is it a crime?
Finally, I see that Govt has decided to make the mining sector a growing one to contribute to our GDP.The volumes you are seeing in Japaul lately is to tell you the Q2 result is going to be the best of it's kind in this era.Just wait for the Q2 result and see if Japaul will not touch #1+ if not #2.
My game is improved result on kobo stocks, then serious monkey hunt as you call it and a price action follows.Of course market must do the justice nah.I am not eating alone.I eat with other traders and they like it that way. This forum belong to all of us and no one will drive us here.Even the moderators know we are helping their ministry by bringing traffic.
Make una change today so that God will be happy with you and bless all you do.
God bless and nice weekend I am holding my own stones close to my chest for now till GTCO and ZENITH touch N40 each. |

aremso: Oga no mind my Rabbi Joor hold it is going to N35. Oracle has said his own pls don't follow him follow your mind. But one thing is certain he told me of 3 US stocks one was selling for $12 and he said is coming down to $2 as I type is selling for $2.7, another one he said it will get to $0.50 when it was selling for around $8 the stock hit $0.50 and back to $3 he told me to buy another one I bought at 1.70 that it will move the stock got to $4 wit quarterly dividend received. So I respect his view alot. Am warming up for the US stock he has given me the entry price and once it got to that level I go into that stock fully. Just follow your mind as your stocks can do N35 naira in a short time. Bros, which group be this biko...... The kind haircut wey I received from both $PLTR and $IDEX for that side no be here oh. |

emmanuelewumi: The main problem with residential tenants, is that most of the new tenants got loans in order to pay for the initial rent, subsequent rent is always a problem.
While the rent is running, instead of them to save up for the next rent they will be paying back the loan used in getting the apartment.
Reason why tenants pay in arrears thereby making rental income erratic.
I prefer the REIT route for real estate investment
Land speculation is like penny stocks, majority will get their hands burnt.
If you must buy a plot of land, make sure you have the cash flow to build on the land within 4 years Especially for lands in big and metropolitan cities. Very bitter lesson I learnt in Abuja few years ago as both my money and land entered voicemail till date. |
