shosky1794: Seriously, I'm fed up with this rooting thing. I dont think rooting should be as problematic as this. Lost my galaxy y pro duos then decided to get the Tecno N3. I've been on rooting since yesterday, still, no luck. I'm done all that i should but it's becoming frustrating for me. Any help, please.

Guy, follow brainrex procedure of rooting..

otabsky: Guys I need help changing my notification tone for applications like WhatsApp etc. I don't even know how it changed to this loud annoying tone that sounds like a landline ringing. Thanks in advance

You can change it from contact+ settings menu if you have installed the app

Sylvekzee: plz bro, I just bought my Tecno n3, so Im still very new here but I have been following this thread for a long time, so I understand quite alot of the stuffs about the phone and android as a whole. Nice job all of you!

The prob I have is that there is no 3G coverage in my area, its jusr EDGE, so my internet speed has been relatively very slow that the playstore and the facebook app cant even load.

I have been using bb to download apps' apk files, then sending them to my n3 via bluetooth, so I havent figured out a way to root it since most of the rooting apps are Downloaded directly into the internal memory and also from playerstore.

Is there any way I can root my device without downloading none of the required files through playstore?

how can i make use of torrents in downloading?

help lplzz

Bros, you must download all the neccessary files especiallly the ministro libraries files before rooting can take place. I advice you research and know know the Network(s) that offer 3G services in your area and subscribe to any of their mobile browsing plan of not less 100mb for rooting purpose only.

sjaykid: can N3 show notification for twitter mentions and DM pls? Can it refresh twitter page itself? Need an answer pls

YES, but you must ''sync'' your twittwe account with you phone.

hoticey: hi guyz, once am re-directed to download d superuser, it means my fone is rooted abi? or hw do i check to see if its successfully rooted? tnx.

Install and open ''root checker''
