ROLE: ECOSYSTEM PROGRAM MANAGER

Duration: 3–6 Months
Location: Lagos (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: ₦650K–₦850K/month (based on experience)
Bonus: Up to ₦300K/month for milestone delivery

THE OPPORTUNITY

A confidential strategist-author is building a high-impact thought leadership ecosystem around a new business book, online courses, consulting offers, and executive content.
We’re hiring a strong execution-driven Program Manager to launch this platform — fast, sharp, and with minimal supervision.

This role is intensive for the first 3 months, with a full-scale book launch and ecosystem build-out.


WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS

1. BOOK LAUNCH
• Finalize Amazon & IngramSpark publishing (print + eBook)
• Local print + distribution in Lagos
Deliver the launch event in Lagos
• Book landing page with ConvertKit funnel
• Set up delivery logistics + early influencer copies


2. CORE PLATFORM SETUP
• Notion/Gumroad hub for all templates, downloads, and tools
• ConvertKit system with list tags, welcome automations, and pre-launch funnel
• Kajabi or Teachable setup for course hosting
• Community beta setup (Slack or Circle)
• Execution Gap Index™ or Diagnostic tool packaged for lead gen


3. ACADEMIC & CORPORATE OUTREACH
• Outreach to 30+ faculty, MBA, and exec ed partners
• Draft pitch decks, licensing 1-pagers, and follow-up emails
• Set up tracking system for partnership progress
• Prep logistics + materials for 1st corporate offsite
• Create diagnostic reports, workshop assets, and pitch kit


4. ADVANCED DELIVERABLES (Part of 90-day scope)

A. Deep Buildout (part of Ecosystem)
• Upload full course library:
• Execution Mastery™
• Alignment Theatre™
• Capstone Simulation
• Finalize course video editing (can outsource if no competence) , worksheet design, LMS publishing
• Develop Execution Lab™ workshop kits and templates
• Structure the premium community tiers
• Plan leaderboard system and structure for Execution Insiders™
• Design framework for future Execution Retreats (annual calendar, concept)

B. Market Expansion (10%)
• Launch Make or Mar Moments with Monehin™ podcast
• Coordinate episodes, graphics, hosting, uploads
• Repurpose clips for content

C. Evergreen Flywheel (10%)
• Weekly LinkedIn and newsletter content calendar
• Email campaigns (book funnel, lead magnet, execution tips)
• Basic analytics dashboard (MRR, community, campaign performance)
• Support outsourcing plan (briefs for VA or content assistant)
• Draft PR/media outreach starter list (HBR, Arise, BusinessDay Live)



🛠 TO DO THIS, YOU MUST

✔ Have launched a product, course, or platform end-to-end
✔ Be fluent in Notion, ConvertKit, Airtable, Canva, and any LMS (Teachable, Kajabi, Thinkific)
✔ Manage and organize files, tasks, and campaign assets
✔ Cold email and follow up with deans, media, or other partners professionally
✔ Think like a project owner — not wait for instructions
✔ Work independently while delivering with urgency


✅ PAY & TERMS

Component Value
Base Salary ₦650,000 – ₦850,000/month
Performance Bonus Up to ₦300,000/month (based on milestone delivery)
Schedule 2 days/week onsite in Lagos (location provided upon hire)
Contract Type 3–6 months, with renewal/extension optional
Start Date Immediate — book launches in <60 days

The way private school heads and owners treat teachers needs serious attention.
I do not understand what makes them feel they can do and undo without being checked.

One may just wake up someday and decide to withhold your salary for months because you did not greet him/her very well or you failed to send him/her birthday wishes - that is how flimsy they can get.

They always feel they are doing you a favour.

The way some even address their staff as if they cant amount to anything - It is really a thing of worry.

The last one I worked with told my students there is no job anywhere and that I would still come back. After diligently working for the g*at for years only for her to seize my salary because I took excuse to attend a weekend professional prog on a day that coincide with their end of the year party - Omo! I vex reach heaven and back..

I have been married for 10 years and we have 3 wonderful kids. She took a well paying but stressful job recently and her sex drive has reduced drastically. We now have sex like just 4 times in a month.
