PDP has not
being the best of political parties in Nigeria but
the advent of the APC,has taken politics to a
different level in this country. By the time we add
up all the looting and embezzlement of funds
carried out by all politicians(irrespective of party
affiliations),the endemic menace of corruption
that has eaten deep into the grassroots,and the
recent politics of lies and propaganda that the
APC has introduced into the nation's politics,you'd
find a very complex situation for a multi-ethnic
country like Nigeria,to be in. Most of the agitation
all over the place,are as a result of lies and
misinformation being spread and passed around.
If I as an adult,find it difficult to know the truth
about some of the things going on in this
country,seeing that there is always a form of
denial of almost every major story that hits the
airwaves,I wonder how we'd be able to convey
the events of this era to the upcoming
generation,without twisting the facts and telling a
lie(whether intentionally or unintentionally). The
PDP,APC,sahara reporters and other forms of
mass media,spreading lies around,haven't helped
the nation. Social media has also brought about
its own problem and has even added more fuel to
an already raging fire. Nigeria is a place where a
lot of lies are being told daily in the media. The
unfortunate thing is that years down the line,the
generations coming up,will never get to know the
truth about their country cos a lot of lies and
counter opinions would be passed down to them
and would make it difficult for them to know
which is the truth,and which is a lie. At the end of
the day,everyone's history about Nigeria,would
simply be what their parents passed down to
them. Those who pass down the many lies of
today to their kids,would have successfully
robbed them of the ability of knowing their true
history. Nigeria will still end up breaking up in the
nearest future cos the lies and counter
accussations of today,would be the fuel that will
drive the process of secession and disintegration.
There is no way the unity of this country can be
cemented with the amount of lies going out daily
and the fact that this is going to continue
unabated,is a pointer to where this nation is
headed to.
To all those who intentionally take out time to
peddle falsehood about the state of the nation
(both politically,religiously,culturally and
economically),keep it up. In a not too distant
future from now,the results of your actions
individually,would be seen and brought to the
forefront.

Kwameh Nkrumah Hostel was thrown agog this morning as Usanga Veronica Jerome is an Akwa Ibom State girl, a second year student of Micro Biology was caught red-handed with a stolen phone. Vera, as she is popularly known among her friends is from Akwa Ibom State and she is currently staying at Bemuda, 400 series, Kwame Nkrumah Hostel, UNN.
It was gathered that Vera had stolen the phone since last semester and was caught today,

(28/07/2015) as investigation had been going on ever since. To cover her tracks, she used her friend’s picture as the screen saver of the phone. All these while, she had been flexing around school with the phone without anyone suspecting her. Soon, her room-mate at Bemuda became a prime suspect and this raised her concern and anxiety. She then joined others in a secret investigation and she was finally caught this morning. She was locked up and bombarded with questions and finally, she opened up to have stolen the phone last semester. Both the suspect and owner of the phone cried on this revelation and hated her for causing them all the pains of accusation and loss respectively.

Immediately, they raised the alarm and Nkrumah babes descended on her. They wanted to tear her apart and strip her naked when Security Operatives came with their van and whisked her away.

It can be recalled that last year, this same Jerome Veronica Usanga stole a Q5 belonging to one Ogoo, a Final Year student of Theatre and Film Studies/English and Literary Studies who is also residing at Nkrumah.

Ogoo had this to say:

“I think she is cursed. It is not normal for a lady to be acting this way. I was really shocked last year when she stole my phone…I already forgave her.

Hearing this again this morning, I was really shocked. I pray she changes…I really feel for her”
Many “NK Babes” as girls in Nkrumah are fondly called, expressed their shock and disappointment in what they referred to as a slap on the face of womanhood.

My own personal anger is that this lady is pretty in all angle! Why should she choose this path? Could it be really a curse?

We are very kind that is why we did not upload the photos taken by her hostel mates when she was stripped. If you know her warn her to change because she may not be lucky outside UNN.

I guess you all know how many bloggers blogs about celebrities, and most times even about their girlfriends.

Davido actually picked an offence in one of the contents "9jaflaver" blogsite published not long ago about his girlfriend being so hot.

The tweet was been made just few hours ago, by davido himself against "9jaflaver" on twitter. And going back to see if I screen shot the tweet, it turns out that the tweet has already been deleted.
