Popular comedian, Cute Abiola who is otherwise known as “Ankara Gucci” has allegedly been arrested by the Nigerian Navy but the reasons for his arrest are yet to be confirmed.

One report had it that the comedian was arrested because of his viral photo where he was putting on a full navy camouflage which didn’t sit well with his superiors in the Navy, and he got detained.

Another report had it that he was arrested because he failed to choose between being a Naval Officer and an entertainer, as ordered by one of his superiors. A Captain who doesn’t like the fact that Cute Abiola is into entertainment and in the Navy at the same time.

“It’s one of his superiors oh. A Captain who has warned Abiola several times to choose between entertainment and Navy. He said him posting such photos with uniform isn’t expected of an officer”, the source said.

This report could be corroborated by an IG post that was made by the comedian sometime in 2019 where he complained about the pressure from a superior who ordered him to choose between both careers and how this has made him unhappy.

Nigerian female dancer, Picture Kodak has died after being electrocuted while charging her phone in the studio.

The dancer who is popularly known as LD or Love-Divine, was said to have electrocuted at Clarence Peters studio in Omole Estate while she was charging her phone.

Picture Kodiak gave up the ghost after she was rushed to a nearby hospital.

A car dealer has taken to social media to cry out after a ‘fake good samaritan’ absconded with a Range Rover during yesterday’s NNPC fire outbreak in Lagos.

Fuji music legend, King Ayinde Wasiu well-known as Kwam1 , has reacted to his alleged affair with the youngest wife of the Alaafin of Oyo.

Earlier today, reports had it that since yesterday April 15th, the wife of the 80-year-old monarch had been sent packing from the palace over her alleged affair with the Kwam1.

In a statement released this afternoon, KWAM1 said the allegation is a lie concocted from the pit of hell. He opined that those behind the allegation were only bitter that the monarch conferred a reverred chieftaincy title on him a while back. He hinted he will be seeking legal redress.

The youngest wife of Alaafin of Oyo, Olori Badirat Ajoke who was alleged to have been sent of the palace for having an affair with Wasiu Ayinde (Kwam1) has broken her silence.

The Queen who appears to be the 9th wife of the Alaafin of Oyo denied claims that she had an affair with Wasiu Ayinde. The video of the denial has surfaced on social media, where the Queen swore with her life and other Yoruba dieties.

The Queen spoke in Yoruba language all through and all it dwelled on was that she had no connection at all with Wasiu Ayinde.

Although, Kwam1 is yet to make any comment on the allegations leveled against him.

Chirp Television reported that the Alaafin of Oyo’s youngest wife, Olori Badirat Ajoke has been sent out of the palace for allegedly having an affair with Kwam 1. Although, this is yet to be confirmed.

Olori Ajoke who is currently observing her mandatory one year National Youth Service is a 2018 graduate of the prestigious University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State.

One Twitter user shared his experience as a vigilante in Lagos, he made it known that he already quit vigilating as that night was his last due to the experience he had.

Reports had it that the thieves rob in hundreds and they even inform residents about their coming, before robberies are being carried out. The Internet is flooded with pictures of men burning tyres on the road, just to let the robbers know they’re not asleep.

A Twitter user posted a picture of him and sought the intervention of the government as the claimed that if the so-called robbers show up, there’s nothing to protect themselves with. Another user posted a video with a dark background, but noises from when robbers were trying to break down a door could be heard and the occupants of the house screaming for help could also be heard.

It was also reported that the robbers came with POS and ordered their victims to break their cards after every transaction.

A Twitter influencer identified as Danny Walter reported that two of the residents have been killed as well as two of the robbers.

In other news, it's been reported that six of the coronavirus patients at the Infectious Disease Hospital have recovered.

This was made known by the Special Assistant to the Lagos State Governor on Health, Dr Tunde Ajayi.

A young girl identified as Rejoice Glory has been spotted selling an alleged cure for COVID-19 in Port Harcourt, and she claimed to have cured two patients already.

In the video that surfaced online, she explained that she saw the urgent need to create something to cure people suffering from the world-disturbing virus.

At first, she was reluctant to give details about the cure but when she heard about the desperation of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Italy, China and other countries to win the battle against the deadly virus. The Port Harcourt 'hero' had no choice but to make clarifications on how the cure was developed.

According to her, the cure is made up of salt, sawdust and some other secret ingredients. It is usually rubbed on the private part and other parts of the body and after one week the infected person will be virus-free.

A video making rounds online shows a young man beating up his girlfriend for an alleged reason.

It was reported that the guy resorted to beating her up after she claimed he impregnated her and she's got results to corroborate her claim.

In the video, the girl and her man were seen sitting looking at each other before he launched a slap on her face and complemented it with a couple of slaps after he stood up.

He was being called to order by his friend who kept saying "Junior" in the background while making the video. "Junior" then reaches into his trousers, removes his belt and started flogging the living daylight out of his alleged pregnant girlfriend.

In the second part of the video, his friends were seen trying to hold him back as he beat the girl, saying 'i don turn your mate now'.

One of the friends was even laughing as he held the girlfriend while his friend beat her up.

However, a public figure identified as Yemi Fashipe has taken to his Twitter page to intervene by asking people to help him find the 'animal', so he could be brought to book.

Itziar Ituño, one of the leading cast members of Netflix's Money Heist, announced she tested positive for coronavirus in an Instagram post. The Spanish actress plays Inspector Raquel Murillo on the popular Netflix show.

“I’ve had the symptoms since Friday afternoon. and today we got the test results which came back positive," Ituño wrote in the caption which was written in three different languages.

The 45-year-old actress assured her fans that her case is mild, but emphasized that the same can't be said for everyone else's. “Do not take it lightly, there are lives at stake and we still do not know how far this will go,” she wrote.

A Twitter user identified as ‘Chi’ has allegedly locked up one ‘Deji’ for touching her breasts while she was sleeping on a bus.

According to her, Deji was one of the passengers of a bus from Oshodi to Iwo and he sexually harassed her by touching her breasts while she was asleep. On noticing this, she raised an alarm but the other passengers claimed not to have seen anything.

Deji is now in the police custody and he claimed she was dreaming. In her words:

Norwegian actor and HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones, Kristofer Hivju has revealed that he has tested positive for COVID19 (Coronavirus), on Monday.

The actor who is best known for playing the roles of Tormund Giantsbane in the HBO epic took to his Instagram page to share the news adding that he was self-isolating at home in Norway.

Sharing a selfie, he wrote: “Greetings from Norway! Sorry to say that I, today, have tested positive for COVID19, Coronavirus. My family and I are self-isolating at home for as long as it takes.

“We are in good health – I only have mild symptoms of a cold. [sic]. There are people at higher risk for who this virus might be a devastating diagnosis, so I urge all of you to be extremely careful; wash your hands, keep 1,5 meters distance from others, go in quarantine; just do everything you can to stop the virus from spreading.”

The Connor Rhodes actor in The Fate of the Furious also urged his followers to visit their country’s disease controls website and follow all the regulations to stay safe.

It has been reported by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) that the explosion in Abule Ado was caused by gas cylinders hit by a truck.

However, a video corroborating the report has surfaced online. The video showed the gas flaring moment a few hours before the disastrous explosion in the Abule Ado area of Lagos.

Recall that in a statement released yesterday by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), it was gathered that the sad incident occurred after gas cylinders stacked in a gas processing plant located near the corporation’s System 2B Pipeline Right of Way was hit by a truck.

A Twitter user has taken to her page to call out one Dr Gbenga Fadero who molested her about a year ago.

She claimed the doctor stuck his finger deep into her vagina for about ten seconds and simultaneously pressed her boobs one at a time.

On Wednesday, the 13th of March 2019, I left my house around 10.30 am with the intention of going to the hospital to see a doctor and register my HMO because I wasn’t feeling well (I had fever and stomach pain).

I went to Peachcare hospital at Ogudu but I was told that they didn’t cover my insurance plan. I called my Admin officer, who directed me to a hospital in Ikeja (mother and child hospital) but because of the heavy traffic that day, I couldn’t go.

I had a list of hospitals that were given to me by my office, so checked for the one closest to Alapere and Thats where I found INLAND SPECIALIST HOSPITAL. I took an Uber from Ogudu and got there some minutes past 12.

I was told to register with my full name, address, phone number and work details which I did. I waited for nearly two hours before I finally saw the doctor. The doctor introduced himself as “Dr Gbenga” and asked what my name was.

I told him my name but he didn’t seem to find it on his system. He asked me to write my number down on a paper, which I did, thinking he wanted to use it to search on his system for my profile, based on my Registration. Then he asked me for my surname.

I spelt it out for him and he searched and got my profile. He asked me why I came and I told him that I had food poisoning from what I ate two days before (which was on Monday) and that I had serious stomach pain and fever...

coupled with the fact that I’ve been unable to visit the toilet for three days. He asked me some pregnancy related questions like when last menstruation was, etc. I assured him that I wasn’t pregnant and told him I saw my period last month end.

He stood up from his seat to my seat and slightly pressed my tummy down in different parts and asked me if I was feeling any pain. I said yes. He went back to his seat and told me that he would send the types of test to be conducted for me to the laboratory...

and that once I finish the test, I should come back to his office. After the tests, I went back to him as instructed. He started asking me where I work and if I stay around. He asked where my office was and I said VI. He said “so you go from here to VI everyday?”...

And I said we have a staff bus. He told me that I had traces of malaria, typhoid and food poisoning and that he would give me drugs for that. He explained that he would give me a syrup for the stomach pain. He looked at his computer for some few seconds....

and asked me to lie down and the he wants to examine me. I went to lie down and to my surprise, he raised my dress up and stuck his finger deep inside my vagina. He did that for about 10 seconds and started simultaneously pressing my boobs one at a time ......

in a very quick motion. He also grabbed my left Butt cheek. I groaned in pain and asked him what he was checking for. He said he’s checking for “hardness”. This happened for about a minute and then he asked me to come down. He went to seat down and when I came down....

from the bed, I noticed that the chair I was seated on initially was used as a barrier for the door to prevent anyone from coming in. At that point, I was furious. I felt very dirty and very betrayed. I wanted him to pay for what he did...

and I figured I would need some form of evidence. He told me to go and take my drugs from the pharmacist at the reception and said he will call me. I told myself that I would record our conversation when he calls.

I called my boss and told him everything that happened. He told me to make sure I gather evidence. Not long after I left the hospital, Dr Gbenga called me. I was on a bike to my house so I couldn’t pick up. When I got home, I used my android phone to call him....

and turned on my call recorder. I asked him why he did what he did and his explanation was just senseless. He said I didn’t understand why he was doing what he did and that he’s sorry it hurt me.

He called me back some few minutes later asking me if the number I called him back with was my number. I said yes and he hung up....

I started talking to a lawyer and that was when I discovered that a male doctor wasn’t supposed to examine a patient without the presence of a nurse. Imagine how many women are ignorant of that fact!!! Imagine how many women this same thing has happened to!!!..

she advised me to gather more evidences like call records and all. I remember going to sitter office to ask for it and I was told that only my dialed and received calls could be provided, not missed calls....

I thought about the psychological stress and the stress of police and legal system in the country. It was too much for me, so I backed out. I think I’m ready now. I am ready to create awareness and expose all the doctors that take advantage of innocent women.

It was revealed that the woman has made her three daughters believe that their father raped them for twenty-five(25) years.
