Every activities in farming is lucrative provided you have your market. There is also market for every agric products but you need to mind your timing. For instance, peppers and tomatoes are always scarce and therefore expensive between December to February. Timing your pepper to be harvest at those time will fetch you much though cost more to plant cause you need to wet.

Guys pls I need ur candid advise on dis issue .....I ave 4plots in ogun state n I stay in lagos , lemme cut d story short I really need to put d land into action as am not getting younger n I desperately need money. Note!! Most times some Chinese sellers can be funny. they will give you stupid items. so that's why its best to bring them online on Aliexpress or Alibaba and leverage the power of escrow.
