am bethel in here, a web and software developer. I am proposing to the house if actually i can get what it takes in building a web/online payment portal like eyowo.com , voguepay.com , virtualprivatenetwork.com etc.
Personaly i have actually disscussed it with my partners on carving a niche there since its still a growing trend, i have never done a work so extensive like that before neither would i go into it only by self because of the security implications like hacking etc.
My takee on this is that i would appreciate getting info from other web gurus who have actually done something on this, and would have something to offer, i dont mind outsourcing the job, if i think, thats the best alternative.
If you think its wise talking personal mail me: doggedbb@yahoo.com

hello brother, take time to visit : www.abiapolyportal.org .this is a pure online educational management portal which handles from fresh school registeration to returning students, generation of payment details like school fees, acceptance fee, course form, carryover registeration.
The system was built in a parallel format since it obvious that there are people who will find it convenient to make payment via the bursary. So making cash payments was integrated into the system in such a way that fraud cant be perpertrated.
I will give you one reassurance, if you'r interested, i will upload the system on a server for you to get a feel before talking business.

The deal is goldmine

Hello its nice hearing from a dude who has an ambition to do great things, first is that your question is very ambigious, ambigious in that your question is not detailed.
First is that you should have specified what game you have in mind developing, second is that the question is directed "single", the actual development would consume the minds of 1. A game developer, 2. A 3D animation designer to assit the developer 3. A professional web developer to convert the job into an online game.
Besides that, there are no specifications and analysis conducted on how the project would be developed and besides the bandwith for the game wasn't agreed on. I have got a team that could and would do the job excellently well, but first we need to rub minds, preferably face to face, else we can talk on skype or through email or phone.
Sorry i didnt answer ur question directly but i think doing it this way is better than just formulating figures.
Add me up on skype using : spacesniper
you can email me using doggedbb@ yahoo.com

This is to bring to your notice that there is a 6 plot of land located at Umuoyoro Ngwa of osisioma LGA that is up for grabs, the land is in a well fertile area and more over have palm trees that are producing oil palm for production.

The Land is Just for 600,000 per plot though the price can be negotiated if we see a serious buyer.

Bear in mind that this is no scam and the documents are readily available for verification at the Abia State Ministry Of Lands and also at the Local Gorvernment

Bearin mind that the land would be extremely good for Agricultural purposes like land cultivation or possible poultry farming

Pls am also interested in the deal, ma email address is doggedbb@yahoo.com. Ma skype name is spacesniper. Would appreciate hearing from you

Sorry everything turned out this way bro, what you got to do frankly is to first meet them and explain to them that you feel cheated out of the whole game since they went ahead to develop your idea, tell them that you dont have in mind sueing them since there are little or no evidence that such a discusion was held, tell them you are here to take whatever percentage they would give you bearing in mind that this can happen to anyone. Remain calm and dont shout at them, even if they refuse, calmly leave and maintain a gud relationship with them.Dont dare to sue them, not because your weak, but because u'l lose, i will bet you that, 1 is that there were no documented agreements, 2 is that this is naija, they can bribe their way through the naija legal system and they would even black mail you and call you idiot.

Then come back and re-access yourself and and start building your project team, u may not b a gud programmer, but when you walk with a team, they can help you build on your concepts.
Ma regards to you, if you think you can do sth (ideas or skills) and want to belong on ma team, pls mail me doggedbb@yahoo.com or call me up on 08154647768. Were into web ,software and mobile programming.

i appreciate guys your replies, please i would always appreciate more information about the likely businesses that would spring up not just in the oil sector but in other sectors as well, i would appreciate if we the youths of Nigeria can brainstorm and make wise use of this opportunity

Hello my fellow nairalanders, please my good day wishes to all of you and our dear country nigeria.
Much have been said about the planned downstream deregulation of our oil sector by both the proposers and opposers.Am not here to prolong the arguement but to strike a balance between the both parties and see the way we the youths can seize the opportunity to explore the various business opportunities that would open up when that policy is implemented by the federal Government.
Personally i support the planned deregulation(remember we are all entitled to our own opinions), this stems from the fact that the government in itslef cannot handle everything, moreover our country been a hetrogenous country and a corrupt society compounds the whole problem. Our country have the capacity to refine the whole needs of its citizens, but there are some selfish few that are hell bent on seeing the refineries not working so that they will benefit from their selfish interests and rake in their billions.Private individuals who want to make investments into the downstream sector veiw it as risky venture since there is no level playing ground for them to compete. Am not concerned about the trillions that would be freed because no matter what they say it would drizzle into the pockets of the political and corrupt officers we proudly call our leaders, if you doubt what i say ,where did the millions and billions of dollars the telecommunication companies paid for licences go to? Where we told how it was spent? Not at all, Baba and Co chopped the money. If you are with me you will understand that that did not stop the progress we have seen so far in the telecommunication sector, first prices for sim cards were so high(my neigbour bought his "walkie talkie" and sim for almost 50,000 naira then) in addition recharge cards were so expensive , moreover if u dont use it within 1 week they will help you give you a better option by empting your balance. We all endured this rash treatments till there was competition in the sector and every thing crashed and is still crashing till tomorow. Thanks for the deregulation by the same controversial Baba, but my question remains , where is those billions of dollars that were paid in licences, where is the government nitel that should have competed with these private companies? Bereaucracy killed Nitel and is still killing it till tomorrow.
Jonathan may be lobbying to remove the subsidy to free more funds he and his clueless cohorts will loot to infinito, but we on ourselves can see that besides freeing funds, it would create opportunity for the private sector to come in and compete thereby making the product available and affordable.
Some one out there would say, what about the harsh economic realities that would ensue after the policy. Obviously the price will almost be double or maybe triple the price and that would create higher inflation to the already inflated economy, but i believe with the infux of competing investors and they making choices of whether to refine here or abroad, things will change for the better
This actually brings me to the topic of today, with any economic policy that is introduced has new businesses that will spring up, what likely businesses would spring up from this economic policy
we youths of Nigeria should seize these opportunities that would be discussed and stop blabbing, cos i bet you oyibo dem and all these rich business moguls may have perfected their plans to extend their business empire immediately this is implemented.
Meaniful and constructive contributions are needed

to develop such a project you must use a framework.obviously if u are a newbie in c++ you cant be able to develop such an app cos its a complex job.
Yes quite alright during ur analysis,u  may have known the various forms that should make up the program, but you cant develop it means you cant develop it.if u cant use the classes and constructors,or incorporate the right dll's then ur off.
To get started i need to know if its a serious stuff.if the answer is yes then contact me to develop it for you
i make use of the QT4 development framework together with eclipse SDK to develop my apps.

please am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and would like to make our beliefs clear in this issue of marriage.

Rightly as you guys have answered we Jehovah's Witnesses don't marry people who are not members of our organization and there are clear cut reasons why we do so, so please relax and follow me gently as i unfold them:

According to instructions that can be found in the Bible at 1st Corinthians 7:31, it made it clear that we should marry only in the lord ,yeah some may ask "Marry in the lord" Does it not include other members of other religions or denominations that constitute Christianity
I can emphatically say NO, In so many places in the bible the expression "in the lord" signifies sharing the same beliefs, principles , attitudes, way of life. It is obvious that no other religion on earth share the same ideologies with the witnesses and at that cannot be said to be in the same lord with them

Please do not be too fast to conclude that we are a sect or that we segregate so much that we don't have marriage dealings with members of other denominations or religions.During the time of the Ancient Israel, they were barred by God to have marriage alliances with people of other nations , Why? this was to keep their worship of him sacred or undiluted and not for segregation reasons, because outside marriage, Isrealites still traded businesses with Other nations. At your time read Deuteronomy 7: 3 , 4

In marriage a lot of things are considered, but i think that one of the things that must be considered most is, COMPATIBILITY, With a witness that holds fast to the teachings found in the bible, it would be very difficult been compatible with such witness devoid of serious problems in marraige

LISTEN TO MY ADVICE

(a) there are many celebrations that are accepted in many churches today(e.g Christmas, Birthdays, Halloween etc)which do not have biblical backing which the witness may strongly desist from attending those functions with you thereby creating creating cracks in the unity of your marriage.

(b)On my own self i would not encourage you Poster to be a witness, because it is obvious that you are becoming a witness just for a selfish motive(marrying the girl). try to see evidences and proofs why been a witness is worth it and not because you are in "a one month love"

(c) Even if the girl agrees to marry you against the wishes of her parents , do not blame the parents of the girl for not attending the marriage functions or blessing the marriage, because they wanted the best for their child and marriage and would not condone seeing her get married to somebody they know would not provide the best for their children

Please no matter how offended/bad you feel about this post, that is the truth, in my short life's span i have seen many marriages like this break down, at least 60-70 percent of them do break down, and those that do not ,sometimes happiness may not be there .

Please feel free to ask your questions and relplies, i am so busy , but i will promise answering them
