If the so called kids that SLY mentioned are below 18 yrs if age, then don't be surprised that there might be more to this story because I can't imagine minors at that age been heartless enough to take life of their fellow student

Let the police find out who initiated the kids to the so called cult; how can such thing be going on in a boarding school and the teachers didn't find out?
