The type of officiating in the on going afcon, if it's continues so many countries will boycott the composition. Morroco is desperate to get the afcon trophy and CAF is going that direction. Let your skill win it and not with politics.

The super eagles may likely experience the worst officiating in the game against Morroco. The current CAF president is so corrupt and this afcon has witnessed the highest level of corruption in afcon history.

The level of favour on Morroco is just too much. I don't know why every host nation must win afcon under this current CAF president. He almost did same against super falcons but God intervened.

Nigeria is playing against CAF president, Morroco nation, Morroco players, the Ref and his linesmen. Only God will prevail on Wednesday.

Get ready to see cheap free kicks, fouls, penalty etc in favour of Morroco. VAR will used for fouls against Nigeria but will not be used against Morroco.

The extent of corruption in CAF is very high. Referees are scared of controlling matches. Referees can't take decisions on field of play. They're relying on VAR too much. Tonight's, ref was just running away from Mali's penalty claim. VAR was not needed at all.

The Democratic Republic of Congo’s top court on Monday threw out a suit seeking to bar opposition politician Moise Katumbi from running for president on the grounds that he was not Congolese.

The wealthy businessman, whose father was Italian, is considered one of the most serious challengers to incumbent President Felix Tshisekedi, who is seeking a second term in office.

The case was brought against Katumbi by his fellow presidential candidate, Noel Tshiani, who argued that he did not have Congolese nationality.

Dual nationality is not recognised under Congolese law.

But during proceedings, Katumbi’s lawyer argued that there was no proof his client held any nationality other than Congolese.

The Constitutional Court ruled that Tshiani's suit was "unfounded".

Tsiani is also the initiator of a draft law that, if passed, would allow only citizens whose parents were both Congolese to hold high political office.

Katumbi was once an ally of Tshisikedi, but left the coalition earlier this year, fuelling suspicions that the proposed law targeted him.

One Jeff Katala from DR Congo said on Soccer Africa yesterday that DR Congo suspended dual citizenship in 2017 and now allows it.

Jeff lied yesterday. In 2018, one opposition leader was denied the chance to contest DRC Congo presidential election and same thing almost happened in 2024. Jeff said it was suspended in 2017 but that part of constitution is still in force.

Even if you Google it, you won't see the news anywhere that it was suspended. Those soccer Africa crew members hate Nigeria with passion
