I really appreciate your contribution for the fact you are open minded and enlightened as well to be able to distinguish between wrong and right irrespective of your region or religious belief

the Conservative north and liberal south even though both are deep in their respective religions

my question : which of the region are you more comfortable with in the real sense

NB. I'll appreciate your response just in one paragraph

thanks.

Don't really have a preference.
They're two sides of the same coin.

Lmao, this madness started during Kwankwaso's administration.

The genesis of the matter is:

You have a religiously conservative environment that frowns at free-mingling between people of the opposite sex if they're not married or family.

You have a state government that even though it may not say, is sympathetic to Maoism, the Chinese brand of Communism championed by Chairman Mao, which the Kano political pioneer, Aminu Kano followed; and by extension the previous Governor, Kwankwaso and his erstwhile deputy, the current governor adore as a result of their subscription to Aminu Kano's Maoist leanings.

Lastly, you have a society that prides itself with its numbers, a society that sees its over population and poverty not as problems but as something ordained by God, whom they resort to pleasing to improve their condition;×rather than work to improve such conditions.

Personally, I don't blame the people, I blame the government for not being creative enough in dashing people 200 million; the people (couple) just want relationships with people they love, or want financial assistance, plus given that they can't really freely have these relationships unpoliced by the state, they're just making do with what the crown has permitted them to.

Same thing happened in my state, Jigawa state, which is culturally similar to Kano, and it seems like the people are OK with it.

Which is really sad.

Politics / Re: How Far With Our Refineries? by abbaadamufan(m): 9:25am On Aug 18, 2016
Good observation,

I think it's a case of doing the right thing at a time when the climate is bad(the wrong time). The move to open up the sector and grant licences to private refinery operators is the perfect one, if government wants the innovative ability of the private sector to move the petroleum sector past the 80s kind of way it's been operating.

But who'll spend money on a refinery today, when production of crude is hampered by militants?

It will take only a Dangote, or someone else with the cash and government backing to try this feat in this climate.

I don't think this administration has the acumen to take loans to get the economy floating again. Besides it's a bad move.

A good economy is one that can stay afloat even when a government doesn't meddle with it.

Phones / Re: The Terrible Price Of An “unlimited Internet Service” In Nigeria by abbaadamufan(m): 1:12pm On Jan 25, 2015
I study currently in Ghana, Tigo, a telecoms company offer 7 GB for 50 GHC, which is equivalent to less than 4k. More still you get triple bonus for every recharge , you can use the bonus for calls and SMS To all Ghanaian networks.

I spent last December in Nigeria, and I had projects and I couldn't survive without constant internet (Ghana spoil me) I am just regretting spending More than 15k for the pathetic glo internet. I'm just regretting now, I had moneyto blow then.

Note that I personally have nothing against the person that wrote this, nor with Buhari or GEJ;
The last 2 can jump in lagoons for all I care; now onto the writer of this "Forensic" Whatever:

1. WTF is a "Mark" Laptop?
2. Regarding this paragraph

"he used extra softwares on his "Mark" Laptop to expose a hidden copy of a document that was carefully embedded in on(sic) another document"

How does one hide the copy of of a document or embed it in another document?

3. What is Microsoft "office" picture manager?
Do you mean Microsoft picture manager?
When did Opera start producing Picture editing tools?
I don't see the relationship of what you're saying with megapixels, are we dealing with lenses?

I'm an IT student who deals with most of these tools everyday. Please let's just not share things because it suits our supports our convictions, and let's not allow our prejudices get in the way of our reasoning.

I must say, I wasn't impressed by this write up.

Peace out.
