I am being offered a 2006 benz E350 4matic at a good price however on ignition the display revealed the following : 1. Reduced braking power 2. SRS 3. Tail light 4. Restraint system malfunction. All what you mentioned are faults which a powerful car scanner would reveal. Scan the vehicle and post the codes

U can get it in ladipo if u are in lagos bt its pricey..as of last 2months. I was told its 15k...u can just find someone that has a car navigation system of d same year model as yours and load with his or her disc at least for now. I knw it necessary cos u regulate yur ac and some other stuffs on dat touch screen.

I have a rough one too and its just doing same like yours. I am very certain if you find a car owner using the same navigation disc. It will load. Its just that you face the same problem again anytime you disconnect the battery.

I hope your disc lens is not dirty...have you removed the disc from the trunk 2 see if its clean and not rough.

Gazzuzz, I am suspecting either a throttle position sensor or transmission filter as you suggested on that silver 2005 honda accord. It makes a rough idling when stationary especially when you start it in the morning. There is also a faint sound you hear coming from the engine as you accelerate up to 100km/hr with the glasses wind up asides the hesitation and erratic gear changes that starts after driving it for some time.

Well if you say so. Scan did not reveal anything is wrong with your transmission. I had similar issue and taught it was a transmission problem..I spent a lot of money to fix the problem only to discover it was one of the engine mount after spending so much.

Am suspecting one or more of your engine mounts...Try to inspect all of them to check they are in good condition.

What exactly is d problem with the vehicle?

Visit mobil filling station at iyana ipaja close to just rite.

Visually inspect all the wiring and connectors in the circuit, you can also check for continuity in the circuit wiring, check the operation (voltage) of the camshaft position sensor, Replace the camshaft position sensor as required, check the crankshaft position circuit as well, Replace circuit wiring and/or connectors. Diagnose/replace the PCM as required. One of all this will sort out the problem. You can DIY or visit GAZZUZZ.

Have you scanned the vehicle? I have this model of vehicle and had similar problem recently. Its been solved anyway.
